PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfort environment for an user without attaching an additional sensor or the like by sending data such as temperature, humidity, and date and time from a remote monitoring center using an elevator remote monitoring terminal installed at the time of concluding the maintenance contract of a building so that a standby floor for an elevator car may be variable, thereby ensuring an optimum condition in the car. SOLUTION: By sending data such as weather information, and a date from a remote monitoring center to the side of an elevator using a remote monitoring terminal installed for a maintenance contract for an elevator and the remote supervising center of a building maintenance company, the elevator can be kept on standby on an optimum floor in response to air temperature or a season, thus it is possible to ensure an optimum condition in a car without attaching an additional device. |
