PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a polyester bottle provided with heat resistance of 110 deg.C or higher and superior organic solvent barrier properties. SOLUTION: A biaxially stretched blow bottle is formed of polyester composed of naphthalenedicarboxylic acid units as a main acidic component and ethylene glycol units as a main glycol component and provided with the 110 deg.C glass transition temperature or higher, and its body section average crystallinity index is 31% or more, and the bottle volume shrinkage factor in the sterilization at 110 deg.C and for 5 minutes is 2% or less.
