PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause no loosening of a bolt by forming a bolt through hole to a gourd-shape with a continuous big and small semicircle, forming an inner wall to a flat surface slidable on an outer periphery of the bolt regarding the big semicircle and to a threaded surface engaged with a thread ridge of the bolt regarding the small semicircle. SOLUTION: A ring-like guide member 20 for suppressing a bolt is previously provided on the bolt 30 and is positioned on a bolt through member. A nut 10 is engaged with the bolt 30 and slides on a big semicircle portion 12 of the bolt through hole 11 and is abutted to an annular standing wall 22 of the guide member 20 for suppressing a bolt. The nut 20 is urged to a direction of an arrow and is moved from the big semicircular portion 12 to the small semicircular portion 13 of an inserting hole of the nut against the bolt 30 to engage with the bolt 30 and then, the nut 10 is tightened. Thereby, the annular standing wall 22 of the guide member 20 for suppressing the bolt is inserted to a disc-like concave portion 14 at a lower end of the bolt through hole 11 of the nut 10 to suppress the bolt.
