PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer head of cartridge type which is removable and exchangeable from a mounting portion of an injector when it becomes unusable, and is easily removed and exchanged. SOLUTION: A case 4 and a cap 5 are made of synthetic resin. A bearing member 7 is arranged at one end inside the case 4, the other end of a mixing rotor 6 is rotatably supported by the bearing member 7, and a shaft 17 of the mixing rotor 6 is exposed to the exterior by being inserted into a shaft bore 24 of the cap 5. An opening 15 of the case 4 is sealed with the cap 5 and the mixing rotor 6 is housed inside the case 4, two inlet 26, 26 of the cap 5 are in communication with the interior of the case 4, the case 4 and the cap 5 are adhered such that they cannot be separated, and a flange 14 is provided in the outer periphery of the opening of the case 4.
