PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy brazing filler metal and an aluminum alloy brazing sheet, capable of brazing at <=570 deg.C and capable of giving excellent rollability and brazability. SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy brazing filler metal 1 has a composition consisting of, by weight, 5-13% Si, 2-6% Cu, 1-5% Zn, 0.5-5% Ni, at least one kind selected from the group consisting of 0.02-0.20% Sr, 0.05-0.30% Ba, and 0.05-0.30% Sb, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. Further, the total content of Cu and Zn is regulated to >=5wt.%.
