PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain decrease of cost and space saving by constituting the vehicle of a vehicle body, outriggers, and oil tanks, and particularly forming the oil tanks inside the outriggers. SOLUTION: Oil tanks 4 are formed inside outriggers 3, and they are constituted of square pipes 7 forming the outriggers 3 and front/rear cover plates 10 blockading their open ends, to be used for hydraulic oil. Consequently, because the oil tanks 4 are formed inside the outriggers 3, an oil tank provided inside a vehicle body 2 becomes dispensable, and the cost can be reduced by that much. Further, the vehicle body 2 can be saved in space by getting rid of the oil tank, and hence the whole vehicle body can be made compact.
