PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the good appearance of an instrument panel when the resin-made instrument panel has a supporting piece for supporting vehicle constituting components. SOLUTION: An instrument panel 9 is provided with a resin-made upper panel 11 extended back and forth, an extended panel 12 integrally extended from the rear end edge of the upper panel 11 in a front lower direction, and a supporting piece 17 integrally protruded from the lower surface side of the upper panel 11 for supporting a vehicle constituting component 18 on its protruded end part. The upper panel 11 is provided with a panel main body formed integrally with the extended panel 12 and having an opening penetrating up and down, a cover panel 31 provided separately from the panel main body and attached to the same so as to close the opening. The supporting piece 17 is protruded downward from the cover panel 31 through the opening in a direction nearly orthogonal to the cover panel 31.
