<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-layer coating which is high in the weatherability of an electrodeposition coating and can secure sufficient weatherability without causing a peeling phenomenon at the interface of a top coating and an electrodeposition coating even when an intercoating is omitted in the automobile outer coating. SOLUTION: A double-layer coating can be obtained by forming an top coating on a cationic electrodeposition coating to be formed with an epoxy type cationic electrodeposition coating material containing, based on 100 g of resin solids content, 5-300 mmol sulfonium group and 50-2,000 mmol carbon- carbon unsaturated bond and having at least 15% carbon-carbon triple bond in the carbon-carbon unsaturated bond.</p> |
