PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refueling apparatus wherein erroneous determination in an oil type may not occur even if the apparatus is contaminated and the oil type can be correctly determined even after a long term use. SOLUTION: The refueling apparatus for vehicle comprises a measure 5 having a plurality of refueling systems 7, 8 and a cap mount 6 attached to the measure 5 which a transponder 22 attached to a cap 21. A transceiver 9 is provided on the cap mount 6, and a controller 23 which receives an oil type signal from the transceiver 9 and enables the refueling system of the corresponding oil type is provided.
