PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by treating the treatment section in a living body while observing this section at all times with an ultrasonic therapy applicator. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibrator transducer 2 for treatment which radiates high energy ultrasonic waves to the treatment section is so constituted that the focus 7 of the high energy ultrasonic waves radiated therefrom exists on an ultrasonic tomographic layer face AA' by a probe 1 for diagnosis which collects the ultrasonic tomographic images of the treatment section 8 in an organism. As a result, the treatment section 8 in organism is treated under constant observation, by which the patient's pain may be relieved and the safety improved.
