PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive colored composition for color filters excellent in light resistance, heat resistance and transparency by mainly including a colored polymer obtained by polymerizing a specific dye monomer and a photosensitive material. SOLUTION: This photosensitive colored composition consists essentially of (A) a colored polymer obtained by polymerizing a dye monomer of formula I [R1 is a polymerizable group of formula II (R2 is a 2-4C alkyl) or the like, H or the like, with the provision that at least one is the polymerizable group of formula II or the like; X- is an anion] and (B) a photosensitive material fixing the component A and changing dissolubility in a developing solution by light exposure or aftertreatment following light exposure. A blue monomer in which a cation form excluding an anion is represented by formula III is exemplified as the monomer of formula I. A combination of a photopolymerization monomer such as 1,6-hexandiol diacrylate and a photosensitive agent such as 2,4,6-tris(trichlooromethyl)-s-triazine is exemplified e.g. as a material for lowering dissolubility in the developing solution by light exposure as the component B. |
