摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for refining efficiently by sublimation a solid material which lacks in thermal stability. SOLUTION: In the sublimation refining method, a solid material capable of being refined by sublimation is charged into a sublimation part A of a sublimation refining apparatus having a sublimation part A and capture parts B, C which comprise a cylindrical metallic material, sublimated by heating the cylindrical metallic material of the sublimation part A by electromagnetic induction heating, introduced into the capture part B having a zone of which a temperature is adjusted by heating the cylindrical metallic material of the capture part by electromagnetic induction heating, and a target sublimable material is captured. Further in the sublimation refining apparatus, one layer of the cylindrical metallic materials 2 of the sublimation part A is of a magnetic metallic material, an induction coil 3 to be heated by an electromagnetic induction system is fitted to an outer periphery, and the capture parts B, C having a plurality of zones of different temperatures are provided on a downstream side of the sublimation part. In one zone, one layer of the cylindrical metallic material is of the magnetic metallic material, an induction coil 8 to be heated by an electromagnetic induction system is fitted to an outer periphery, and a temperature inclination wherein a temperature drops almost in a staircase state toward the downstream side is provided between the sublimation part A and the capture parts B. C.
