PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a motor-driven valve and a fuel cell system at a low cost. SOLUTION: A motor-driven valve is provided with a DC motor 1 which comprises a valve part 8 to control a flow rate of fluid; a drive means to drive a valve part 8; and a control means to control a drive means. The drive means drives the valve part at a high drive voltage at the initial stage of at least one operation starting between during valve opening operation and during valve closing operation of a valve part 8, and drives it at a low voltage after a lapse of a given time. The motor-driven valve is arranged on at least one gas pipe line of the oxidant gas pipe line, the reformed gas pipe line, the purge gas pipe line, and the control gas pipe line of a fuel cell stack, a reforming device, and a CO removing device. |
