PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cleaning performance and the grease capturizing efficiency by eliminating an unevenness on the surface of a grease filter for a range hood and lapping a plurality of grease filters in such a way that the positions of holes are deviated from each other. SOLUTION: Two pieces of a plain plate body 2, with holes made on the surface, from which an unevenness is removed are fitted together by deviating the positions of the holes 3 from each other to obtain the grease filter 1 for a range hood. Since a plurality of the plain plate bodies 2 are laid over each other by deviating the positions of the holes 3, the particles of grease contained in the smoke more frequency collide with the grease filter 1, when the smoke containing grease particles generated during cooking passes through the grease filter 1. Further, since the surface of the filter 1 is flat, it is not caught by a scrub, a brush or a dustcloth when the filter 1 is rubbed with any of them during cleaning. Thus it is easy to clean the grease filter 1 and keep it free from smears. Consequently, the cleaning performance and the grease capturing efficiency of the grease filter 1 are enhanced. |
