PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the range of pierced-element post diameters that a tubular element can accept in pierced earrings comprising the tubular element of metallically nonallergenic materials such as synthetic resin and the pierced element lockable to the tubular element. SOLUTION: A tubular element 4 is fitted on its flange 5 with a thin-walled cap 8 of flexible material kept detachable. That position of the thin-walled cap 8 which corresponds to a through hole 6 through the tubular element 4 is made breakable by the post point of a pierced element or is formed with an insertion hole 9, so that the cap 8 retains the post stably or against separation when broken apart.
