PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an automatic clutch device even in the case where engine rotating speed cannot be correstly taken. SOLUTION: Rotating speed of an input shaft 38 which is rotating speed on the output side of a clutch is detected by an input shaft rotating speed sensor 58. Additionally, an engaging degree of the clutch is computed from stroke quantity which is a detection value of a stroke sensor 56. Engine rotating speed which is rotating speed on the input side of the clutch is computed in accordance with the rotating speed of the input shaft 38 and the engaging degree of the clutch. An automatic clutch device is controlled in accordance with this computed engine rotating speed.
