PANEL STRUCTURE AND ITS PREPARATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare highly accurately and stably a panel with high quality and to provide a panel structure with enough strength, no distortion caused by welding and being lightweight. SOLUTION: A top panel material 12 and a U-shaped profile 13 arranged each other in parallel on the underside of this top panel material 12 are bonded at the edge parts 13a of the opening by means of arc welding AW and then, a bottom panel material 14 is arranged on the bottom panel 13b of the U-shaped profile 13 and the bottom panel 13b of the U-shaped profile 13 is bonded by means of laser welding LW from the surface of the bottom panel material 14. The whole rigidity is improved by the bottom panel material bonded on the bottom panel at the parallel part of the U-shaped profile by means of the laser welding to remarkably decrease stress concn. to the arc-welded parts caused by deflection and to make maintenance free.
