<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cheaply provide a brake by integrally constituting an outer portion and an inner portion of an armature by forming at least long hole of an outstandingly narrow long hole penetrating through a copper blazing to a magnetic saturation system using a laser cut or a wire cut. SOLUTION: A laser cut or a wire cut is used for cutting an outstandingly narrow-long hole penetrating through a copper blazing of a by-path gap portion 8 of an armature 4 and at least long hole portion is made to a magnetic saturation system. Thereby, this armature structure of a permanent magnet non- excitation operating electromagnetic brake is obtained by providing a slit 9 having a bridge in which an outer portion and inner portion of the armature are integrally formed. Since the armature has such a constitution, the armature can be integrally formed by a magnetic saturation and can be cheaply manufactured.</p> |
