PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose and a tube to be excellent in oil resistance, water resistance, heat deterioration resistance, stability under sever environment, and flexibility. SOLUTION: In a hose using at least one or more of pipe constituting elements of a polyester elastomer composition, a polyester elastomer forms a high melt point rigid segment consisting of an acid component consisting mainly of aromatic dicarboxylic acid and a glycol component consisting mainly of an alphatic and/or alicyclic dihydroxy compound and a thermoplastic polyester elastomer wherein a low melting point polymerizer segment having a molecular weight of 400 to 700 is copolymerized and a polyester elastomer satisfies a formula of 1.50<=IV<=3.00 (dl/g), wherein IV indicates reduction viscosity.
