PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device that is capable of stopping a shutter certainly at a predetermined position of half-opening at any time if the shutter is stopped once in advance at the predetermined position of half-opening. SOLUTION: A shutter device that controls an electric motor 4 for opening and shutting a shutter 1 by operation of a microcomputer 6 is equipped with a detecting means that detects a position of half-opening for the shuter 1, and storage keys 7c for storing the half-opening position detected by the detecting means into memories of the microcomputer 6 and call keys 7d for calling the position stored in the memory are provided at an operation console 7 of the microcomputer 6. Therefore, if the position of half-opening is once stored in advance in the memory with the storage keys 7c operated, the shutter can be stopped at the predetermined position of half-opening only by operating the call keys 7d thereafter.
