PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concentrate both the axial centers of a facility body and a storage container to each other when the facility body forming an underground facility and the storage container are separated from and coalesce into each other. SOLUTION: The axial center CL1 of a control panel body B and the axial center CL2 of a storage container C are made to center to each other by fitting guide columns 18 into guide grooves 17a when a pair of guide bodies 17 having the guide grooves 17a along the axial center CL1 of the control panel body B is attached to both the side surface parts 7a of a control apparatus mounting board 7 forming the control panel body B, and also a pair of guide columns 18 fitted into the guide grooves 17a is fixed on the inner circumferential surface of the storage container C by being opposed to the guide grooves 17a, and the storage container C is separated from and coalesces into the control panel body B.
