PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seat a valve to a valve seat securely, even though a vehicle or the like is made in an inclined condition. SOLUTION: A circular inner side flange 36 projecting to the inner side is formed integral at the upper part of a float 16, and a circular outer side flange 38 projecting to the outer side is formed integral at the upper part of a valve member 18. A spring 20 is provided between the lower side of the outer side flange 38 of the valve member 18, and the bottom surface 40 of a main body 14, and the upper surface of the outer side flange 38 of the valve member 18, and the lower surface of the inner side flange 36 of the float 16 are to be contacted by the spring 20. There is a clearance between the inner wall of the main body and the outer wall of the float, and a slippage by this clearance is absorbed and regulated by the clearance of the float 16 and the valve member 18, so as to carry out the sealing of a valve 34 and a valve seat 32 securely. Since the height of a float 46 can be made higher, a nonconformity that the float is caught to the main body 14 can be prevented.
