DOFFING BOBBIN HOLDER AND DOFFING DEVICE FOR ROVING FRAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doffing bobbin holder for inexpensive roving frames capable of stably holding full bobbins. SOLUTION: This holder comprises: a pipe replacement arm 15 projected toward a moving object 13 of a doffing device 9 allowed to approach and part from a roving frame 1 in the front of the roving machine 1; a lower end supporting section 17 formed by so bending the tip portion of the pipe replacement arm 15 as to make an ascent toward the roving frame 1 and as to fork into two branches for receiving the lower conical section of a full bobbin; and a periphery supporting section 18 vertically mounted on the lower end supporting section 17. The full bobbin when placed on the supporting section 17 is inclined toward the front side of the roving frame 1 because of the slope of the supporting section 17 so that the periphery section of the full bobbin is supported by the periphery supporting section 18. By thus supporting the full bobbin in the state of inclination, the stable support is attained. Also the structure turns simple and inexpensive.
