PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling method using a forklift capable of increasing the number of corresponding cargo vehicles and improving workability for reducing a working time. SOLUTION: In a plurality of flowracks (registered trademarks) F1-F7, preset types of articles are only placed on pallets PL and carried to frontages E and at least the type and number of articles loaded on trucks T2-T4 and the type and number of articles on the pallets PL located at the frontages E of the flowracks F1-F7 are displayed on a wireless display on a forklift L. In accordance with the wireless display on the forklift, the pallets PL are picked out of the frontages E of the flowracks F1-F7 for carrying the articles to be intended with the forklift L and carried to trucks T1-T4. If the articles are left on the pallets PL even when the articles has been loaded on cargo vehicles, the pallets PL are moved back to the frontages E of the original flowracks F1-F7 to facilitate cargo handling.
