PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the mounting on vehicle tires of different sized by holding a plate or ring support element on a rotating bearing part by a grip. SOLUTION: A grip element support 50 arranged on a support element 10 formed as an annular body radially extends and makes contact with the side surface of a tire 110 in a section 50c. The free end 50a of the grip element body 50 is bent so as to be entirely or partially put on a tire tread surface 111 or in contact with the tire tread surface 111. In order to fit this non-slip device to tires of different sizes, this device is formed in such a manner that the space of fixing points 55 of the respective grip element supports 50 on the annular surface 11 of the annular body of the support element 10 formed in a ring is changeable. In this case, the fixing points 55 for the respective grip element supports 50 can be fixed after adjusted according to the size of tire.
