PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a discharge nozzle most suitable for a fire extinguishment and efficiently perform the fire extinguishment by determining the bias angle of a fire detector from a reference line on the basis of the turning angle of each fire, detector, and comparing the bias angle of each fire detector. SOLUTION: When two fire detectors 3, 4 detect a fire sources FP or heat source, the turning anglesθ1,θ2 of discharge nozzles 5, 6 are transmitted to a central control board. The XY coordinates of the fire detectors 3, 4 and the crossing anglesψ1,ψ2 of a reference line 11 with the base lines 3S, 4S of each fire detector 3, 4 are preliminarily inputted to the central control board, and the bias angles, or the anglesα,βformed by straight lines 3A, 4A with the reference line 11 are calculated from the crossing anglesψ1,ψ2 and the turning anglesθ1,θ2. The bias angles have the relation ofα>β, 0<α<π/2, 0<β<π/2. The bias anglesα,βare compared to select the larger bias angleα, and the discharge nozzle 5 corresponding to the fire detector 3 having this bias angleαis selected. The reason is that the detector having the larger bias angle is closer to the fire source FP.
