PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of executing plural kinds of pretreatments with plural kinds of treating liquids by only one unit of plating pretreatment device. SOLUTION: This device consists of first so sixth storage tanks 2 to 7 which respectively store plural treating liquids, a first changeover valve 10 which selects one of the first to sixth storage tanks 2 to 7 and supplies these treating liquids to the bore inside surface 9a of a cylinder block 9 via a common supply root 8 and a second changeover valve 30 which direct the treating liquids flowing through a common discharge path 28 after treating the bore inside surface 9a of the cylinder block 9 toward the first to sixth storage tanks 2 to 7. The respective treating liquids may be successively selected and supplied to the bore inside surface from plural kinds of the treating liquids by changing over the first changeover valve. The respective treating liquids may be returned to the storage tanks by changing over the second changeover valve.
