PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method forming a forming material of an amorphous alloy having a supercooled liq. region by using a die for forming having a volume larger than that of the forming material and easily capable of making the ratio of the quantity of heat applied to the forming material and the die the same as the volume ratio of both. SOLUTION: A heat radiating source for simultaneously heating a forming material of an amorphous alloy having a supercooled liq. region and a die for forming the forming material and a shielding member for shealing a part of heat radiation to be applied to the forming material from the heat radiating source in such a manner that the ratio of the quantity of heat radiation to be applied to the forming material and the die for forming is made the same as the volume ratio of both.
