发明名称 REGENERATION OF ZEOLITE CATALYST AND REGENERATING DEVICE OF CATALYST
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently regenerate catalytic activity by bringing a zeolite catalyst into contact with a fluid in a supercritical state. SOLUTION: A catalyst with deteriorated activity in a reservoir 1 is sent by a pump P1 to the upper part of an extraction tower 2, while a fluid in a supercritical state is sent by a pump P2 to the lower part of the extraction tower 2 to regenerate the catalyst. For example, supercritical carbon dioxide prepared by heating the fluid temp. to about 80 deg.C by a heater H and pressurizing to about 200 kg/cm2 is used. Then hydrogen peroxide as an oxidizing agent is mixed as an entrainer. The regenerating temp. of the catalyst is controlled to be higher than the supercritical temp. of the fluid so as to give high diffusion property to the supercritical fluid and to efficiently remove org. substances depositing in the pores of the catalyst. The regenerated catalyst is sent from the lower part of the extraction tower 2 to a slurry separation tower 3 and collected as a regenerated zeolite slurry. Thereby, by increasing the solvent/ catalyst ratio and the treating temp., the residual amt. of carbon is decreased and the catalyst regeneration efficiency can be improved without causing changes in the structure.
