PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle discharging device capable of preventing a bottle from being toppled or broken by suppressing the vibration generated in the bottle, and a bottle cleaning machine using the device. SOLUTION: A bottle discharging device is provided with a rotary cam 26 and a stage 34 arranged on the side of the rotary cam 26, a bottle 20 placed on a bottle receiving part 29 of the rotary cam 26 is delivered to and placed on the stage 34 when the bottle receiving part 29 is lowered by the rotation of the rotary cam 26, and the bottle 20 is pushed out on the stage 34 by the movement of a push-out cam part 32 from the direction away from the center of rotation of a cam surface 31 caused by the further rotation of the rotary cam 26. A recessed part 39 which is recessed from the cam surface 31 of the push-out cam part 32 is formed on a boundary part of the rotary cam 26 with the bottle receiving part 29 of the push-out cam part 32, a placement surface 28 of the bottle receiving part 29 of the rotary cam 26 is inclined so that the center side of rotation is located forward in the rotational direction.
