SOLUTION: A mineral water making apparatus 1 is constituted of a mineral water making part 3 adding mineral components such as Ca, Mg or the like to drinking water such as tap water or well water, a mineral component concn. detection part 5 provided on the outflow side thereof to detect the concn. of mineral components and a mineral component display part 6 displaying the concn. of mineral component. Raw water such as tap water or well water is supplied to the inflow side of the mineral water making part 3 from a raw water supply port 2 and passed through the mineral water making part 3 to be supplied from a treated water emitting port 4. Herein, by providing the mineral component concn. detection part 5 and the mineral component display part 6 in a water channel, the concn. of mineral components of water in the water channel can be detected and displayed.
