PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide jointing method and a joint construction capable of interrupting tremor of neighboring housing units and of structurally jointing. SOLUTION: This jointing method is related to a building (SI, skeleton-in-fill house) in which the skeleton and interior finish construction (in-fill) are detachable and comprises two jointing methods. In-fill is a maisonnette type of at least two layers and has a self-standing structural frame for vertical load, and seismic force (horizontal force) is transmitted to the skeleton through the jointing members 1, 2.
