PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting modified silicone composition which is useful as a thermosetting type adhesive, a sealing material, a coating material, etc. SOLUTION: A thermosetting modified silicone composition comprises (A) a modified silicone polymer containing a hydrolyzable silyl group within its molecule and (B) a fine powder coated amine wherein its active amino groups at the surface are coated by fixing a fine powder having a central particle size of 2μm or smaller onto the surface of a solid amine having a melting point of 50 deg.C or higher and a central particle size of 20μm or smaller to attain a weight ratio of the solid amine to the fine powder of from 1/(0.001-0.5).
