PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition and laminate, good in slidability with window glass, high in abrasion resistance and slight in tarry and sticky impurities developed in the extrusion molding process therefor. SOLUTION: This resin composition for facing member comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a partly or fully crosslinked olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer, (B) 2-20 pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane with a viscosity (determined in accordance with JIS K-2283, 25 deg.C) of >=1×106 cSt (pref. 1×106 to 1×108 cSt), (C) 0.5-5 pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane with a viscosity (determined as mentioned above) of >=10 cSt but <106 cSt, and (D) 5-150 pts.wt. of a polyolefin resin and/or (E) 0.5-10 pts.wt. of a fluoropolymer. The other objective laminate is obtained by laminating a thermoplastic elastomer core body with the above resin composition as facing member.
