WIRE DRAWING DIE AND WIRE DRAWING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire drawing die and a wire drawing method capable of obtaining an uniform wire by stabilized wire drawing for a wire requiring uniformity as represented by a spring free length. SOLUTION: Wire drawing is done by any one of following dies. A die of which the angle between the center axis of an approach part and the center axis of a bearing part is <=1 deg., a die of which the deviation between the center axis of the approach part and the center axis of the bearing part is <=30μm, and a die of which the bearing angle is <=1.5 deg.. In this case, a die cross section where the angle between the center axis of an approach part of a final die and the center axis of a bearing part of the die is max is taken for a reference face, the drawing direction of the wire rod viewing from a final die outlet side is preferably inclined toward the center axis of the bearing part than the flat face orthogonal to the reference face and including the center axis of the bearing part.
