PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably discharge ink drops by sufficiently pressuring a wide predetermined area of a pressure generation chamber. SOLUTION: Island parts 11 of a rivet shape in section are formed by electroforming, which are connected by thin parts 11a, 11b to a thick part 14 in a manner to be elastically deformable with agreeing with an arrangement pitch of pressure generation chambers at both ends in a longitudinal direction of the pressure generation chambers, and fixed via an adhesive layer 12 to an elastically deformable polymer film 10.
