PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional pole capable of preventing a water supply plug from freezing in winter, and intrusion of rain water and a car washing water into an electric outlet part. SOLUTION: In this functional pole 4, a water supply pipe 1 connected with a water supply plug and an electric wire 11 connected with an electric outlet are provided inside a pole main body 19 erected on the ground. A freely openable and closeable door is provided at portions for using the water supply plug in a functional pole 4 and the electric outlet from outside.
