摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent out-of-plane buckling against repeated deformation and to improve a fatigue characteristic by connecting the flanges welded to the upper and lower ends of a shear yield steel sheet to a horizontal plate steel product, and installing buckling constraint steel members to pinch the shear yield steel sheet from both faces. SOLUTION: A shear yield steel sheet 1 is connected to horizontal plate steel products 13 at the lower end section or the upper end section of a connecting steel sheet 3 connected to an upper or lower beam via the flanges 12 welded to its upper and lower ends. The upper half section and the lower half section of the shear yield steel sheet 1 are pinched by separate buckling constraint steel sheets 2 from both faces respectively, and the buckling constraint steel sheets 2 are fixed to the flanges 12 welded to the upper and lower end sections of the shear yield steel sheet 1 and the horizontal plate steel products 13. The buckling constraint steel sheets 2 are kept in contact with the shear yield steel sheet 1 but are not fixed to it. Even when a shear deformation occurs on the shear yield steel sheet 1, the buckling constraint steel sheets 2 are not deformed, and the shear yield steel sheet 1 receives and prevents out-of-plane buckling force.
