A holder 14 is screwed to each screw member 13 in such a manner as to be switchable to a first attitude passed over the through-hole 8 formed on a faucet mounting plate part 9 and a second attitude B engagingly locked with the adjacent screw member 13 according to the rotating operation of the screw member 13 and engagingly locked to the lower surface of the faucet mounting plate part 9 according to screwing advance after the locking, so that the faucet mounting plate part 9 is nipped by the adaptor 1 and the holder 14.
