PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid gas mixing and dissolving device for uniformizing and mixing efficiently carbon dioxide gas and other gases into water and liquid and forming stabilized gas dissolved water continuously. SOLUTION: In a liquid gas mixing and dissolving device 11, two liquid inflow pipes 7, 7 are set on two sites on edges 6 at the given interval at the angle of being set along the inner wall of a mixing and dissolving instrument 1 and a gas inflow pipe 10 on which a flow rate adjusting valve 8 and a gas feeder 9 are interposed is connected with a gas suction hole 4 of a funnel wall 5. In that case, a discharge outlet 3 of the mixing and dissolving instrument 1 for mixing carbon dioxide gas and other gases into liquid such as water is formed on the top side of a conical container 2 of funnel-like outer shape, while the funnel wall 5 of the short depth with a gas suction opening 4 of its end is so formed on a large diameter section on the opposite side as to overlap the inside of the conical container 2.
