PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity by easily and surely effecting the attachment/detachment between a paper tube, a medicine dispensing device and a dispensing paper binding device, and increasing the working speed. SOLUTION: A paper tube 1 comprises a screw part 7 to be screwed to a paper tube fitting shaft and an engagement part 6 to be engaged with a separate paper tube rotary drive shaft. In a dispensing paper binding device, a shaft side screw part to which the screw part 7 is screwed is formed on the paper tube fitting shaft. In the paper winding method to the paper tube 1, the paper tube 1 is fixed to the paper tube rotary drive shaft, and the medicine dispensing paper is wound around an outer circumferential surface of the paper tube 1 by one turn to rotate the paper tube rotary drive shaft.
