PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily switch a full cutting mode for a tube and a half cutting mode and to easily set the degree of half cutting. SOLUTION: A tube is cut on a cutting table by a cutter 32 by being switched to the full cutting mode or a half cutting mode. Half cutting of the tube is performed by opening table parts 34, 36 of the cutting table so as to form a gap G. When the cutter 32 is lowered in this state, the tube partially enters the gap of the cutting table to form a residual part, and the tube is cut into halves. The degree of half cutting is determined by the size of the gap.
