PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shred removing die for a paper punching machine, lightweight, easily handlable, and capable of being provided at low cost. SOLUTION: A shred removing die for a paper punching machine is constituted of a female die 1 having an outer shape a little smaller than a product shape and on which rectangular ports, circular holes 3, oval holes and slits are bored at the specified pattern, and a male die 10 having elastic protrusions 11 to 15 made of sponge, urethane, rubber, or the like and arranged and fixed in the position in which the outer edge and the inner edge of the female die are fitted to each other and in the positions to fit the rectangular ports, the circular holes 3, the oval holes and the slits bored on the plate surface of the female die 1.
