PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make uniform the flow through a channel between plates easily at low cost by fixing a fluid resistor between the inlet/outlet to/from the channel between plates, i.e., the passage hole of the plate, and the heat transfer surface. SOLUTION: A plate 10 of rectangular metal plate has fluid inlets/outlets, i.e., passage holes 11, 12, 13, 14, at four corners and an intermediate heat transfer surface 15 wherein a gasket 16 surrounds passage holes such that the inlet side passage hole 11 and the outlet side passage hole 12 for one fluid are interconnected with the heat transfer surface 15 and the passage holes 13, 14 for other fluid are double intercepted from the heat transfer surface 15. A fluid resistor piece 17 extending integrally from the gasket 16 is fixed between the inlet side passage hole 11 and the heat transfer surface 15. Fluid can be fed uniformly through channels between respective plates by differentiating the length, size and number of the fluid resistor piece 17 thereby differentiating the fluid resistance of channel between respective plates in the laminating direction of plates.
