PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air containing steam within a duct and a peripheral part of an air supply opening from being overheated. SOLUTION: An air supply cap 28 having an air supply opening 28A is detachably installed on a top end of a mixing duct 24. A circular tubular boiling duct 26 is disposed at a bottom of the mixing duct 24 and these are jointed with each other and a boiling pot 22 is fixed to a lower part of the boiling duct 26. A motor 38 having a rotative body 36 used as a fan 40 is disposed in a right-side neighborhood of the mixing duct 24, and fan blades 36A, 36B are installed respectively on upper and lower faces of the rotative body 36. The fan blades 36A on the upper face of the rotative body 36 is larger than the fan blades 36B on the lower face. A valve 70 to be opened by a pressure of air blown by the fan at the time of a closure of the air supply opening is provided.
