PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a smooth coupling work of a cooking apparatus installed in a state of being dropped in a counter top of a system kitchen and an indoor piping. SOLUTION: In a structure of a piping coupling part for insert-connecting an apparatus side connector 53 protruding outside from a peripheral side plate 20 of a main body case 21 installed in a state of being dropped in an opening 12a opened in a counter top 11 to a piping side connector 38a at an end of an indoor gas piping 36 formed under the counter top 11, a center axis of an insertion hole or insertion tube formed in the piping side connector 38a extends in parallel with the counter top 11 and the piping side connector 38a is disposed in a position exposed to and visible from upside through the opening 12a of the counter top, and the insertion hole and the insertion tube of the apparatus side connector 3 and the piping side connector 38a are airtightly inserted in a freely rotatable manner with respect to each other, and the insertion tube extends in parallel with a top end opening in the main body case 21.
