FIX CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN VALVE ELEMENT AND MULTIPOLAR MAGNET IN ROTARY VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fixedly connect a magnet to a valve element without causing split of a multipolar magnet and deformation of the valve element by penetratingly fitting fixing pins of the valve element in through holes of the multipolar magnet and by assembling them together. SOLUTION: A multipolar magnet 71 is attached on the top part of a major valve element 3 provided in a valve housing in such a state as rotatingly displaced, rotatingly displaced by a magnetic action with a magnet member attached to the outside of the valve housing, and the cooling/heating is switched to each other. The major valve element 3 is moldings of a resin material and a plurality of fixing pins 73 are integrally formed in a magnet fitting side. The multipolar magnet 71 is a plastic magnet formed by kneading a magnetic powder to the resin material and a plurality of through holes 75 are bored therein. The fixing pins 73 are penetratedly fitted in the through holes 75, the edge 73a of the each fixing pin 73 is deformed and the multipolar magnet 71 is prevented from being slipped off and from being rotated from the major valve element 3. This constitution can provide a prescribed durability without causing peeling in a case of the adhesion.
