<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To engage a cylindrical sheet easily with the outside surface of an object to be engaged such as a cylinder, a circular column, a cylindrical core, and a cylindrical tank. SOLUTION: In an apparatus having a structure in which a ring-shaped nozzle part 2 is extended from the ring end surface of a ring-shaped main body part 1, the inside diameter of the nozzle part 2 is the same with that of the main body part 1, and the outside diameter of the nozzle part 2 is somewhat smaller than that of the main body part 1. A necessary number of discharge openings 4 communicating with the channel of the main body part 1 are provided on the ring end surface on the free end side of the nozzle part 2. In engagement, the above apparatus is engaged externally with an object to be engaged, and the object to be engaged and the above apparatus are moved relatively while fluid is being discharged from the discharge opening 4 with a cylindrical sheet engaged externally with the nozzle part 2 of the apparatus.</p> |
