<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency induction hardening coil body capable of more prolonging the service life of a core. SOLUTION: This coil body by which the induction hardening is applied to a steped part W1 and an outer peripheral surface W2 succeeding the steped part W1 of a steped work W in which the steped part W1 is formed on the outer peripheral surface W2 is provided with an induction heating coil 100 used for the induction heating and also a cooling jacket for injecting cooling liquid, the core 200 fitted to the lower end part of the coil 100, a cooling pipe 300 disposed along the outer peripheral surface of the core 200, and a fitting angle 400 for fitting the cooling pipe 300 and the core 200 to the core 100. The core 200 is cooled by circulating the cooling liquid into the cooling pipe 300.</p> |
