PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting device for washing which is capable of making an uncomfortable feel less and efficiently spraying a medicine and washing liquid into the body when administrating the medicine and washing the inside of the body. SOLUTION: This spouting device is disposed at the front end of an aerosol container which ejects the liquid of a low viscosity housed in the container 10 from the front end 12a of a spout 12. The central axis O1 at the front end 12a of the spout 12 has an angleθof inclination of 15 to 45 deg. with the axis O2 of the container. A stopper 14 molded to an approximately triangular shape is installed at the front end 12a of the spout 12.
